  • The End Times

As a lifetime member, one might say that I stand more to lose from the closure of Xanga than the average person, but even that isn’t the biggest issue.

The biggest issue is how we react to the changes in our lives. We can accept reality, or we can lash out in denial of it. For changes that will come no matter what, lashing out is only hurting ourselves.

How will you handle this challenge?

  • Move to blogger and tumblr. :P Practically already there.

  • the chance of xanga’s survival is slim even if it is able to relaunch especially if they plan to charge people for writing, but I think it’s admirable they are at least trying to put up a fight against the odds, then they can look back and have no regret, you know?

  • You’re one of the first person I thought of as I read that post from xanga. I’ve learned so much from your post and I appreciate you for being able to express yourself the way you did. As you expressed your beliefs, you gave me the strength to do so for my own. Thank you :)

  • Just be sure and post your new blog link early enough that I can snag it and subscribe elsewhere.

  • I wanna stay in touch with the people I’ve met there, and download all of my blog posts, but – not much of a surprise. This site is old.

  • I’m going to miss reading new entries on your blog! They always make me think, and you have a refreshing twist on a lot of things. Do you have any other places that you blog? (I mean you write articles – right? – but that isn’t the same as personal blogging).

  • Btw, you’re not dead yet. If you come up off the floor and stop waiting for this lovely comet to make us all into hotdogs, you might have fun. It’s supposed to miss.
